At Trendful™️, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns 1.1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our contact us page with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
1.4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.5. We charge an administrative fee of $5 for cancellations made within 24 hours after placing the order, if the package has not yet been dispatched.
2. Refunds 2.1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
2.3. A deduction may be made from your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage, or if it is not in its original condition, for reasons not due to our error.
3. Non-Returnable Items 3.1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
- Downloadable software products.
- Personal care items once opened.
- Gift cards.
- Custom-made products or personalized items.
- Health and hygiene products once opened (e.g., personal grooming products).
4. Exchanges 4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use the contact form on our contact us page and send your item to the address provided by our customer support.
5. Late or Missing Refunds 5.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
5.2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5.3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
5.4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the contact form on our contact us page.
6. Shipping 6.1. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer support.
6.2. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6.3. If you are returning an item worth over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not sent with trackable shipping.
7. Unclaimed Packages 7.1. We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs incurred for unclaimed or refused packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of $20 if a package is not picked up.
7.2. The package will remain at the post office for 14 days before being returned to us. If you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return it. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
