1. General 1.1. Trendful™️ ("we," "us," "our") applies the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act, in accordance with Swedish legislation. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.
1.2. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
2. Orders 2.1. When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details about products, prices, billing, and delivery address. We do not take responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrectly provided information. If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately.
2.2. We charge an administrative fee of 5 USD for cancellations made within 24 hours after placing the order if the package has not yet been dispatched.
2.3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
3. Prices and Payment 3.1. All prices on the website are in USD and exclude VAT. Prices may be displayed including VAT at checkout by Klarna, but customers are billed excluding VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, or incorrect pricing information.
3.2. Payment can be made using the methods specified at the checkout. You confirm that the payment method used is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the order.
3.3. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
4. Delivery 4.1. We ship products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Our normal delivery times are 8-12 business days for international orders and 1-3 business days within Sweden if the products are in stock. Otherwise, products are shipped within the Nordic region from our production warehouse with 7-12 business days trackable shipping. Orders placed on weekends are usually packed and shipped the next business day.
4.2. If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may be required to pay an import fee, though this is rare.
4.3. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. If there is a delay in delivery without prior notice, please contact us. If the package is not accepted or picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund amount.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as strikes, fires, wars, government decisions, or failed deliveries from suppliers.
5. Right of Withdrawal 5.1. You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive a product ordered from the website.
5.2. To use your right of withdrawal:
- Notify our customer support clearly stating your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.
- Return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
- You are responsible for trackable return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products. The products should be well packaged and in good condition with the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value if it is used or damaged. Shipping costs are not refunded.
5.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been unsealed by you and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Customized products made specifically for you or with a clear personal touch.
- Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
6. Complaints and Claims 6.1. We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be defective or wrongly delivered, we undertake to remedy the error free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
6.2. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.3. To make a complaint:
- Contact our customer support with your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. Include pictures if possible.
- If we cannot remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product is not defective under consumer protection legislation. We follow the guidelines from the General Complaints Board (ARN), see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
7.2. We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or absent delivery from suppliers.
7.3. We are not responsible for any changes to products/product properties made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.
8. Product Information 8.1. We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' exact appearance, as color differences may occur due to screen, photo quality, and resolution. We strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
9. Personal Data and Cookies 9.1. By shopping with Trendful™️, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties without legal basis.
9.2. Trendful™️ is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to handle your order and when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to adapt marketing to your individual needs.
9.3. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have several rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.

10. Changes to These Terms 10.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
11. Disputes and Governing Law 11.1. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN), see arn.se. Residents in other EU countries can submit complaints online via the EU Commission's dispute mediation platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11.2. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
11.3. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
